LUMI TEST

How many times has a doctor told you, “Everything is normal,” but you have specific symptoms, or you simply do not feel well?

The problem is that the mere absence of pathology or tissue
change does not equal a marker of health.

The Lumi Test is a comprehensive clinical evaluation method to assess the underlying cellular and tissular physiology that defines health. The analyses look at the optimum levels of more than sixty parameters and their relationships to each other in a holistic functional perspective and is not a mere result that falls within fixed laboratory defined ranges.

The Lumi Test analyzes a broad spectrum of physiological systems to unveil the functional health of an individual based on laboratory testing of serum, blood cells, urine, saliva, as well as clinical assessments of signs and symptoms. The test covers the following ten areas:

1. Nutritional status
2. Gut health
3. Heart health
4. Liver health
5. Renal function
6. Adrenal stress score
7. Systemic inflammation index
8. Oxidative stress score
9. Toxic load index
10. Immune profile

The Lumi Test is an innovative, comprehensive health analysis to identity and understand the depths of your biological individuality for enhanced well-being. It delivers three Ps:

TK1 Test

Thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) is an enzyme crucial for DNA synthesis and it serves as a biomarker for tumour detection. Elevated TK1 levels in the bloodstream indicate rapid cell division, commonly associated with cancer initiation and progression. Developed by the TK1 scientific team at Karolinska University in Sweden, it boasts high sensitivity and specificity. It has proven particularly useful for screening breast, colorectal, and prostate cancers. Clinically, TK1 is applied for early tumour risk detection, treatment evaluation, prognostic assessment, and monitoring recurrence risks in rehabilitating patients.

It can be done by a simple blood test and the result is ready in 24 hours.

A food sensitivity is an inflammatory response of the immune system to specific food triggers or allergens. While some symptoms may appear immediately, others can be delayed, making identification challenging. Delayed food sensitivities often manifest only after months or years of continuous exposure, leading to chronic health issues.

Delayed food sensitivities are far more common than immediate allergies and can lead to chronic inflammation and a host of health conditions. Some of the commonly associated symptoms include asthma, fatigue, headaches, joint pain, skin rashes, gastrointestinal issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or Crohn’s disease, and even mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia. Other conditions, such as eczema, migraines, recurrent infections, and premenstrual symptoms, may also be linked to food sensitivities.

To identify potential food allergies, a food allergy test can be helpful. This test screens for 95 different allergens, including common ones like butter, milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and corn. Results are categorized into three sensitivity panels: “Low” (foods that can be eaten freely), “Moderate” (foods to be consumed every four days), and “High” (foods to be eliminated for 8-12 weeks).

The test also includes a Candida screen, as excess Candida— a type of yeast—can cause symptoms similar to food sensitivities. Candida overgrowth is a common trigger on conditions such as eczema, hives, bloating, overweight and weak immunity.

Testing may involve either a blood draw or blood spot. Based on your results, a 4-day food rotation diet plan will be provided to help manage sensitivities. This approach reduces exposure to specific foods without complete elimination, minimizing the risk of developing further sensitivities and promoting better overall health and well-being.
